By using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services. In addition, when using certain Services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Traboda may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should, therefore, periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms to which you are bound. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If any modification is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the Services. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and the terms "you" and "your" refer to both you and the organization.

Traboda Pay facilitates payment processing for independent teachers, colleges, universities, and other organizations (“Merchant”) to sell or ticket events, such as workshops, competitions, festivals, and other similar activities. We partner with Paytm Payment Gateway to process payments.

In order to use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

In the case of event cancellation or rescheduling by the Merchant, it is the responsibility of the merchant to inform customers and provide appropriate refunds or accommodations as per their respective policies. Traboda Pay is not responsible for managing event cancellations or rescheduling.

Refund and cancellation policies for events are determined by the respective Merchant organizing the event. Traboda Pay does not set or control these policies and is not responsible for issuing refunds or managing cancellations. If you wish to request a refund or cancel your participation in an event, please contact the merchant directly. As a payment facilitator, Traboda Pay's role is limited to processing payments on behalf of the Merchant. We do not hold any responsibility for the Merchant's refund and cancellation policies or their enforcement. If you have any concerns or disputes related to refunds or cancellations, you must resolve the matter with the Merchant. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Traboda Pay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a Merchant's refusal to issue a refund, the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, or any other issues related to refunds and cancellations.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. All payment processing is carried out by our payment processing partner, Paytm.

We do not store any user information except customerID and orderID provided to us by the merchant. We do not store payment information, such as UPI IDs, and we do not share any payment data with third parties, except with Paytm as our payment processor. To the extent permitted by law, Traboda , its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Traboda and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any content that you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance wi th the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Traboda is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such websites, services, or resources, or the content, products, or services available from them. Links to such websites, services, or resources do not imply any endorsement by Traboda.

The Services and all materials contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the property of Traboda or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without the express written consent of Traboda.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
