Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refunds and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to the use of Traboda Pay, a payment solution provided by Traboda Cyberlabs Private Limited ("Traboda", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Traboda's payment services, including the Traboda Pay website, any associated services, and any related applications or tools (collectively, the "Services"), merchants agree to be bound by this Policy.
Merchant Responsibility
Merchants using the Services to facilitate payment processing for workshops, competitions, and events are solely responsible for setting and communicating their own refund and cancellation policies to their customers. Merchants must clearly and prominently display their policies on their event registration page, tickets, or any other relevant materials.
No Liability for Traboda
Traboda is not responsible for managing or enforcing a merchant's refund and cancellation policies. As a payment facilitator, Traboda's role is limited to processing payments on behalf of merchants. Traboda does not hold any responsibility for refunds or cancellations and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a merchant's refusal to issue a refund, the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, or any other issues related to refunds and cancellations.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by a customer, the merchant is solely responsible for managing and resolving the dispute or chargeback. Merchants agree to cooperate with Traboda and provide any necessary information, documentation, or evidence required to resolve the dispute or chargeback in a timely manner.
Refunds Processed through Traboda Pay
If a merchant decides to issue a refund to a customer, the refund must be processed through Traboda Pay. Merchants acknowledge and agree that any fees charged by Traboda or Traboda's payment processing partner, Paytm, for processing the original payment are non-refundable. Merchants are responsible for covering any additional fees associated with processing the refund.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Customer Communication
Merchants are responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication with their customers regarding any refund and cancellation requests. Merchants must respond to customers' inquiries in a professional and timely manner and provide appropriate assistance in resolving refund and cancellation-related issues.
Event Cancellations or Modifications
If a merchant cancels or significantly modifies an event, the merchant is responsible for promptly notifying all registered customers and providing them with information about the cancellation or modification. The merchant is also responsible for handling any refund requests resulting from the cancellation or modification in accordance with their refund and cancellation policy.
Force Majeure
Traboda shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure events. In the event of such circumstances, Traboda's obligations under this Policy shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Policy Updates
Traboda reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Services after any such changes, merchants agree to be bound by the amended Policy. If Traboda makes any material changes to this Policy, reasonable efforts will be made to notify merchants of such changes.
