This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Traboda Cyberlabs Private Limited ("Traboda", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when merchants and customers use Traboda Pay, a payment solution provided by Traboda, including the Traboda Pay website, any associated services, and any related applications or tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of information in accordance with this Policy.
Information We Collect
In order to facilitate payments, Traboda Pay collects the following information:
- - Unique customer ID provided by the merchant
- - Order amount
- - Payment method details (such as UPI ID, credit/debit card information)
Please note that we do not collect, store, or process any other personally identifiable information (PII) about customers or merchants.
How We Use the Information
We use the information we collect for the sole purpose of facilitating and processing payments. We do not use this information for any other purposes, such as marketing or profiling.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We share the unique customer ID and order amount with our payment processing partner, Paytm, to complete the payment transaction. We do not share any payment method details (such as UPI ID or credit/debit card information) with any third parties, except for Paytm, as required for processing the payment.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information we collect and store.
Data Retention
We retain the unique customer ID and order amount for a limited period of time, as required by applicable law and for the purposes of record-keeping, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. We do not retain any payment method details (such as UPI ID or credit/debit card information) beyond the time required to process the payment transaction.

Traboda Pay operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including data protection and privacy regulations. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be processed in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
