How It Works?

Institution / Organizers Signs up with TrabodaPay

Institutions or event organizers interested in selling passes for their workshops, competitions, and conferences, tickets for cultural events they organize, or to simply sell merchandise and other products, can sign up with TrabodaPay.

TrabodaPay will setup a store /web-portal for the institution or event organizer and give them access to the store admin panel. A MoU will be signed between the parties, and a commission will be agreed upon.

Passes / Tickets Go on Sale

Passes or Tickets go on sale either on the TrabodaPay store or on the institution’s / event organizer’s website, where there will be a link / check-out button that will redirect the user to the TrabodaPay store.

Users come to TrabodaPay checkout page, and complete the purchase. This does not require the user to sign up with TrabodaPay.

If they are buying through the institution’s / event organizer’s website, then the website will pass on customerID and other details to TrabodaPay - generating a unique payment link. Thus, the user will be able to complete the purchase without having to enter any details.

If the user is buying through the TrabodaPay store, then they will have to enter details as required by the institution / event organizer in order to complete the purchase. The checkout form can be customized as per the institution’s / event organizer’s requirements.

Payment is Processed

Once the user completes the purchase, the payment is processed and the user is redirected to the institution’s / event organizer’s website or the TrabodaPay store.

The institution / event organizer will see the order in their admin panel, and using webhooks, they can get notified of the order details in real-time. In case TrabodaPay is hosting the store, then the users will also be directly emailed the order details.

The delivery of services or products will be handled by the institution / event organizer, and in case of cancellations or refunds, the institution / event organizer will be notifying TrabodaPay, and TrabodaPay will process the refund on their behalf and request. The institution / event organizer will be settled the amount after deducting the commission as agreed upon in the MoU.
